Detox Foot Dome

The detox foot dome is made of real Himalayan salt that heats up and draws out toxins from the body, immediately increases circulation in the feet, relieves inflammation, and soothes sore, achy feet. Great to use with hands as well to relieve arthritis pain.

*Available for use during any salt session. It takes a few hours to heat, so prior notice is necessary at least a day prior to appointment.

Halotherapy (Dry Salt Therapy)

Halotherapy A.K.A. Salt therapy is a non-medicinal way of alleviating symptoms of respiratory distress. Salt therapy opens up your airways naturally & works to clear mucus and decrease bronchial inflammation, which translates into better lung function, fewer spasmodic attacks, and clearer air passages. It is also great for skin ailments such as psoriasis, eczema, acne & rosacea.
$45 for 45-55 mins for 1 adult, $30 for 2-5 adults, $25 for 6+ adults, children under 3 FREE, children 4-9 $10, children 10-17 $20. Multiple visit packages available.

Infrared Sauna

Recharge and release toxins from your body by enjoying a session in one of our full spectrum infrared saunas. An infrared sauna is a wooden cabin equipped with infrared heaters that are designed to detoxify and heal the body, boost mood, and much more. Unlike traditional saunas that feature steam or dry heat to warm a room, infrared saunas use infrared heat lamps in confined spaces to raise body temperature directly.

Infrared heat is very gentle. The experience is similar to lying in the sun on a warm day and feeling the heat radiate to the core of your body. Unlike traditional (hot rock or steam) saunas—which operate at well in excess of 200°F—infrared heat has the benefit of being effective at a more comfortable operating temperature of 100°-158°F, which is why it’s less likely to interfere with breathing and more likely to be manageable for an entire 60-minute session’s duration.

Reiki is a Japanese healing art technique that has been around since the 1920s and is one of many types of alternate energetic healing approaches used for a therapeutic benefit. It is a natural healing tool used by trained practitioners that moves energy around in the body to allow for healing to take place. Reiki can also help to alleviate physical, emotional, and mental stress in the body.
